On the coastal road from Haigang to Beidaihe, on another stretch of beach, just along from the Chinese Football (Soccer) School, is Xin’ao Underwater World and the Dolphinarium.
This is where to find the worst traffic in Qinhuangdao. Not the heaviest, just the worst. There is something about entering and leaving the car parks which drives drivers to the edge of insanity.
