I’ve been to Spain a few times now, and since I have a friend who owns a flat in Benalmadena on the Costa del Sol, and who enjoys travelling around the country, I’ve generally enjoyed some company on my travels there, although my first few visits were on my own. I honestly can’t remember which was my first visit, to Benalmadena and Cordoba, or to Jerez, Arcos de la Frontera, and Cadiz. There have been quite a few since.
By the way, my friend has a very interesting website of his own, at gowithted.com, where he provides a lot of information about travel (mostly by train), and food, and places to drink, around Europe (and the UK). I have no intention of duplicating any of that here, so I can only recommend a visit to his site for more details than I will provide. I will mostly be doing pictures, with a few comments on the places.
